Full-time position available for a Program Coordinator to support our Director of College Counseling. You must be very comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Pages and Google docs because you will create and manage large databases, format word documents, create Google forms and interact with social media and web based platforms. The position is open to candidates who are detail oriented, impeccably organized, have an infallible memory, and can demonstrate the ability to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure in a time-critical environment.
This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
- Tech savvy: you must demonstrate mastery of Mac computers, Google Drive features, Microsoft Office Suite, popular social media apps like ZeeMee, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, college applications platforms, web based applications, and texting.
- Detail-oriented: the job requires expertise in Excel and the ability to maintain 1,000 row spreadsheets, which means you need an incredibly strong memory system.
- Task driven: you will need to complete a multitude of tasks each day, take direction, and pivot in the moment.
- Can ask questions: You must not be afraid to ask questions.
All of these skills and requirements are necessary and will be assessed through the interview process.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry into spreadsheets and web based applications, construction of client facing digital forms, and other responsibilities related to the management of the college application process.
- Managing thousands of data points about students, schools, names, dates, and processes.
- Assisting with social strategy and execution for student portfolios across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. You must remain informed and familiar with social/digital content trends.
- Assisting the Director of Education in all administrative tasks related to tracking of information for the center.

Work Location: One location - Westport, CT
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, mandatory onsite (typically 10:30am to 6pm). Fridays can be remote.
- Some nights and weekends preceding major college deadlines
- Sometimes more than 40 hours per week during busy seasons
