What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at Frevo?
Frevo is a Michelin Star restaurant concealed behind an Art Gallery. Featuring an exclusive 16-seat counter that offers an intimate dining experience overlooking the chef’s work in an open kitchen setting.
Two tables accommodating up to six guests are also available for larger parties.
Frevo is looking for a restaurant professional for our Server Assistant role,
Requirements
- 1 years serving in fine-dining restaurants, Michelin-awarded or similar grade.
- The ideal candidate has experience with Busser / Runner tasks and is looking to improve and learn more about food and wine service.
- Comfortable talking with guests and explaining complex dishes.
- Comfortable pouring all types of beverages, including formal wine service.
- Fast and efficient polishing of fragile glassware and cutlery.
- Excellent presentation.
- Excellent Guest Relations skills, able to engage and show enthusiasm while interacting with the guests.
- Positive attitude, careful attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent cleaning and organization skills.
- Willing to learn and improve.
