Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Exterior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Exterior Sales Consultant, meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to improve their homes' exterior. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, exceeds sales goals, is competitive, and wants unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable exterior improvement products or services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations (Siding, Roofing, Windows, Insulation, Gutters, Soffit and Fascia.)
- Provide accurate and detailed project estimates and quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution. .
- Attend bi-weekly department meetings.
- Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of construction or home improvement is a plus.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings
- Significant local travel to potential customers; valid driver's license.
