What You'll Do as the Hospitality and Real Estate Associate :
- Collaborate closely with partners on hotel projects worldwide, representing various stakeholders in the hospitality industry
- Assist in negotiating and drafting transactional agreements for hotel ownership, franchising, and management
- Perform due diligence and help close transactions related to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, and construction
- Engage in professional development opportunities within a collaborative environment
- Work across multiple practice areas, including real estate, land use, corporate, tax, labor, intellectual property, and litigation
