Role Summary :
Our client has 33 Regional Offices and several Branch Offices located across the continental United States, (in addition to our New York City Headquarters and our Boca Raton, Florida location).As Regional Vice President you will oversee the day-to-day operations and sales activity for the San Diego, CA office.
Responsibilities :
- Implement sales campaigns to meet regional marketing objectives
- Train and develop regional office staff in products, market development, sales, and contact manager system (CMS)
- Provide staff performance evaluations and development plans
- Oversee operations, personnel, compliance related issues and budget for the region
