Hire, train, and motivate your team to create and maintain quality client relationshipsSet sales targets, establish sales processes, and implement strategies to drive sales growthCreate and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales targetsActively seek new business using marketing campaigns, e-commerce, site visits, and other methodsAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and set strategic goalsConduct market research and gather customer insights to identify target markets, understand customer needs, and assess market opportunitiesEvaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demandPrepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plansConsult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performanceGenerate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with customersEnsure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and brand positioningDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise; ensure staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledgeRequirements :
