Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience :
Education : Minimum BS in life sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Virology) or Engineering (e.g., Biomedical, Chemical).
Experience : 1 year or less. New graduates considered with college-level lab experience in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related sciences.
Required Skills :
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Data analysis / interpretation and scientific judgment for real-time decision-making.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team environments.
Willingness to vaccinate or verify immunity for Varicella (chickenpox).
Desired Skills :
Experience with flow cytometry and immunoassays preferred.
Proficiency in analytical testing (biochemical, molecular, cell biology).
Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and laboratory operations.
Aseptic techniques and cell culture experience preferred.
Responsibilities :
Conduct real-time flow cytometry assays to support process control.
Participate in process analytical technology transfer to cGMP facilities.
Maintain laboratory operations, GMP documentation, and preventative maintenance.
Monitor viral growth kinetics and analyze assay data.
Identify process improvements through laboratory experiments.
