Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires strong relationship management and business development skills . The Recruiter will collaborate and work closely with the HR assistant to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for advertising, attracting, screening, interviewing and hiring top talent in the Civil Engineering industry.
Ensures all recruitment communications remain in compliance with our brand and recruiting practices.
Adhere to established employment practices and company standards.
Identify future gaps with internal talent and work with HR in succession planning, career pathing and training.
Build and maintain an on-going pipeline of qualified talent.
Staying current on latest hiring and recruiting trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and staffing partners.
Establish and expand relationships with recruiting sources, including vendors, universities, staffing agencies and industry groups.
Works with the HR assistant and HR Manager to access future and current staffing needs.
Have knowledge of company culture, projects, techniques, and benefits to effectively attract, screen and educate candidates.
Partner with HR Assistant and Human Resource Manager on various recruiting and hiring initiatives and projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with executive recruiting processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using ATS
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
