What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waiter position at Friar Tuck's Hoagie House?
This position is seasonal for summer 2025. Weekend availability is a neccesity. Position starts training third week of April 2025 and will begin as weather cooperates and we open our outdoor seating, usually the second week of May.
We are a small, fast-paced eatery with significant customer turnover throughout the day and night shifts.
Serving customers, answering phones, managing customer flow, shift prep/set-up, pre/post shift cleaning, money management, and occasional dish washing are all part of the position.
AK Food Handler card and TAPS alcohol serving certification is required for this position.
Experience preferred, but not required. We will train an individual with the right attitude and work ethic.
Starting wage is $12/hour plus tips, cash tips daily, cc tips are paid out 2x/week and payroll is bi-weekly.
We run a probationary period to evaluate compatibility, dependability and overall work ethic.
