We seek a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Frias Properties of Aspen team. In this role, you will perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep for residential and / or commercial properties managed by our company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and can work independently and provide exceptional service to tenants and property owners—competitive wages and benefits. Weekends required.
