Hostess/Greeter Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Hostess/Greeter to join our team at Frickers Sidney 127 LLC. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back.
• Manage waiting lists, seat guests, bus tables, and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls.
• Enter carry-out orders into the POS system, suggest sales, ensure orders are correct, and handle money.
• Assist servers and managers throughout the dining room.
