Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Fricker's unique brand experience that combines fun, food, sports, and spirits.
- Drive positive sales growth through innovative strategies and maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maximize staff performance through effective communication, training, scheduling, and policy enforcement, and monitor and control costs by analyzing food and labor efficiencies.
- Achieve staffing objectives through recruitment, selection, and training of quality candidates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
- Stable employment history with at least two professional references.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a positive friendly demeanor, and a strong focus on customer service.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
