- 8 years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation or Defense, covering premises, labor law, and motor vehicle cases.
- Demonstrated success in supervising and managing attorneys and legal staff.
- Active membership in the relevant state bar association/s.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices.
- Proven track record of handling a diverse caseload of insurance carriers disputes and achieving successful outcomes.
- $175,000 to $250,000 annual take home
