Responsibilities
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for babies in the care of the facility.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, emotional, and social development of infants.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for infants to thrive and explore.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any important updates.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with babies
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices for working with babies.
- Minimum high school diploma/GED
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with babies and young children.
