Job Description:
- Facilitate a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for toddlers in the childcare setting.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Foster positive relationships with toddlers and create a supportive classroom community.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting preferred.
- Knowledge of toddler development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
