Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team at Friday Services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to advise on complex insurance coverage matters, including policy analysis and interpretation.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to provide comprehensive legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith claims.
- Develop and execute effective legal strategies in collaboration with clients, claims professionals, and other attorneys.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant insurance laws and industry trends in New York and New Jersey.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
- 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law, including both advising and litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
