We are seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team at Friday Services. As a specialist in insurance law, you will provide expert guidance to clients on complex insurance coverage matters, including policy analysis and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to provide comprehensive legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith claims.
- Collaborate with clients, claims professionals, and other attorneys to develop and execute effective legal strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant insurance laws and industry trends in New York and New Jersey.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
- 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law, including both advising and litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
