Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Gabbs, NV (Onsite Only)

This role plays a vital part in supporting various HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and maintaining employee records. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings and assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintaining communication with candidates.
- Manage pre-employment screenings and background checks.
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Build and nurture relationships with recruiting sources.
Employee Records Management:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained in HR databases.
- Process employee status changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
- Prepare and distribute essential HR documents such as offer letters and contracts.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefit providers and corporate HR to ensure timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Support annual benefits open enrollment processes.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Support community outreach and volunteer programs.
- Partner with management and corporate HR on employee engagement initiatives, such as service awards and employee events.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and facilitate communication between employees and management.
HR Compliance and Reporting:
- Help maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and data analytics as needed.
- Stay informed on changes in employment laws and regulations.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and managing supplies.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting at our Gabbs, NV location. While regular working hours are expected, occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate recruitment events or other HR-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional HR certification (preferred).
- 3 years of prior experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Ulti-Pro / UKG preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Note: This is an onsite position in Gabbs, NV—remote work is not an option.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
