One of our clients, a reputable national law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Real Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate will be focused on continuing to grow their existing practice and support the firm’s busy real estate practice. The firm offers the resources of a large firm and the culture and collegiality of a boutique law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate real estate finance documents and lease agreements as well as Purchase and Sale Agreements, handling the closing process for buyers and sellers.
- Manage the closing process for buyers and sellers.
- Review all due diligence for titles, surveys, leases, zoning, and environmental requirements.
- Experience with new home building.
- Market the firm’s practice via professional organizations, networking, and developing ongoing business relationships.
Requirements:
- General real estate experience within commercial and residential including real estate leasing, acquisitions, new home builds, and sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills- verbal and written with focus on building strong client relationships with integrity.
- Works with strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple files and prioritize.
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively and autonomously.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school with exceptional academic marks.
- Must be licensed in the State of Colorado and in good standing.
Compensation: $200K plus, commensurate with experience.
Salary : $200,000
