Overview:
One of our clients, a leading business and litigation firm, with offices in major cities in the US, is adding a Senior Litigation Attorney to their growing team in Boca Raton. The role calls for an attorney with complex litigation experience who can manage cases from inception to trial that has a vested interest in leadership to coach/mentor associates. The ideal attorney will possess a current partial book of business that they would like to grow in a supportive and collegial firm environment. What You Bring to the Role:
• Must possess 8 years minimum of complex litigation experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strategic focus to manage each unique case.
• Adept at handling cases from the opening of the case file through to trial.
• Skilled written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience drafting complex pleadings and motions.
• Persuasive negotiation skills with demonstrated experience arguing discovery and dispositive motions.
• Accomplished arbitrator with mediation and AAA experience.
• Extensive trial experience sitting in the 1st or 2nd chair.
• Working knowledge of legal research tools.
• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active license in the State of Florida and in good standing.
