Job Title : Business Services Manager
Work Schedule and / or FTE : 1.0
Bargaining Unit : Individual contract
Salary Range : Individual contract, $94,044 - $114,950 / yr, depending on experience

Job Summary :
Supports the Senior Officer of Business Services in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the school district. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing financial accounting activities, managing the receipt, allocation, investment, and transfer of district funds, coordinating and preparing the district budget, analyzing financial data for decision-making, producing accurate and timely internal and external financial reports, maintaining the district's chart of accounts, monitoring cash flow and expenditures, and supervising the accounts payable, payroll specialist, and finance specialist. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with district leadership on strategic financial planning and ensuring efficient use of resources to support the district's goals.
