    Description: Student Recruitment and Retention Specialist - Full Time, year-round position
    Salary: Individual Contract, $70,000 - $85,000/yr, depending on experience. Works with applicable supervisors and/or building administrators
    Bargaining Unit: Individual Contract

    Job Summary:
    The Student Recruitment and Retention Specialist at Fridley Public Schools (FPS) ISD 14 is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, with a particular focus on critical transition periods between grades 4 to 5 and 8 to 9. This role will actively engage students and families, collaborate with school and community partners, and provide targeted support to student-athletes to enhance academic success, emotional well-being, and overall school engagement. By fostering meaningful connections and promoting the benefits of FPS programs, this position plays a key role in strengthening student retention and success across the district.

    Qualifications:
    ? Associate degree or equivalent post-high school coursework in human resources or High School diploma or GED
    ? Three years of progressive responsibility and experience in marketing, recruiting, and/ or related fields.
    ? High degree of aptitude and proficiency with computer based accounting systems and with personal computer applications such as Word, Excel, Canva etc.
