About the Position
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to fill the role of Shop Opener at Friedman's Home Improvement in Ukiah. As a Keyholder/Coordinator, Yard, you will be responsible for leading store operations, supervising Team Members, and driving customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily activities of the store, including supervising Team Members and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer service and drive sales growth.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate Team Members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

- 4 years of experience in a retail environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
