Job Description
Friedman's Home Improvement is seeking an experienced retail professional to fill the role of Shop Opener. As a Keyholder/Coordinator, Yard, you will be responsible for leading store operations, supervising Team Members, and driving customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Team Members in the yard to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Train and evaluate Team Members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in a retail environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
