Leadership Opportunity
Friedman's Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Yard Supervisor to join our Ukiah retail store team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of employees to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage yard operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Mentor and develop Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with Department Heads to drive business results and achieve sales goals
- Manage daily tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in retail management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
