About the Job:

· Your role balances field presence and office work, letting you stay connected to both the tactical and strategic aspects of each project

· You'll partner with management to scope projects and develop implementation strategies that maximize efficiency

· Your expertise will guide inventory management decisions, ensuring crews have the right materials at the right time

· You'll leverage your field experience to mentor crews and maintain our high-quality standards

· Your project management skills will keep stakeholders informed through clear documentation and regular updates

· You'll build lasting relationships with customers by addressing their needs professionally and proactively

Qualifications:

· 5 years roofing experience, including installation

· 5 years management and customer-facing service experience

· Experience collaboratively planning and keeping everyone in the process informed

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Valid driver's license with clean record

· Ability to safely walk roofs and lift 80lbs

· Project Management experience (preferred)

· Estimating background (preferred)

· Equipment operation experience - trailers, forklift, loader (a plus)

· Bilingual Spanish (a plus)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
