Job Overview
Friendly Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lot, providing excellent guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. This entry level position has room for advancement and growth within the company.
Duties
- Manage the parking and retrieval of vehicles in the lot, ensuring proper organization and safety.
- Prepare customer vehicles for delivery, including washing and vacuuming.
- Operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot area, ensuring it is free from debris and hazards.
- Help manage adequate gas levels in new and used vehicles.
- Snow removal as needed.
Experience
- No experience required.
- A valid driver's license is required; experience driving various types of vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
