Friendly Auto Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for cars, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Your expertise in retail sales and inventory control will be essential as you guide clients through the purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and ensuring accurate representation on the sales floor.
- Utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using software tools related to sales management and inventory tracking.
