Inventory Manager

Job Description: This position requires you to have attention to detail, time management, and self-motivation to promptly respond to company needs from various departments. As the Inventory manager for Isleton, you will be required to ensure accuracy and filing of records related to cannabis materials and handling/movement of those materials, including but not limited to finished goods batches in vault, failed batches, samples, specific storage location, intake of biomass, transfer manifests to and from the Isleton facility. In tandem with these responsibilities, you will be expected to coordinate intake of cannabis material upon arrival with other Isleton staff to ensure an organized but prompt movement of material into designated areas for operations including re-bagging/labeling of cured biomass. Conversely as well tracking and coordinating with post-processing as well Head of operations for material going out and creation of transfer manifests for that material. One of the most important aspects of inventory management is the accuracy of records in METRC as well as Backbone the company ERP system. Compliance with state track and trace with regards to METRC and proper tagging/labeling of cannabis materials. As an independent department time management is required to balance and prioritize different tasks for the company’s needs. Outside of material movement, your responsibilities will include homogenization of batches of finished extracts and taking samples of batches for testing as needed. Different levels of prioritization of tasks will be needed on a regular basis with highest priority given to cannabis material being handled (transfers going out, transfers coming in, material leaving vault, and so on). Another aspect of this position will be accurate recording of consumables inventory related to daily operations needs which includes everything from jars and extraction materials to food and kitchen items for the break room. As Friendly Farms is a small but growing company of dedicated but multifaceted individuals, this position might require assisting other departments with various tasks as operational needs require. This position may expose candidates to cannabis oils and vapors, hazardous chemicals, and extreme temperature as well as loud environments during normal operations
