Friendly Chevrolet is seeking a self-motivated and high-performing individual fit for the position of Service BDC Customer Specialist. The candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, enthusiasm, and extraordinary customer service skills.
Job Title: Business Development Center Representative (Service) – Full-time
Essential Duties:
- Answer Service department calls and set appointments.
- Follow up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
- Make outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
- Has daily/monthly expectations on appointment setting & outbound call requirements.
- Ensure service prospects & previous customers are up to date on upcoming deals & offers.
- Other tasks as assigned.
