The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
Responsibilities :
- Performing maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration systems
- Minor electrical work
- Plumbing
- Floor Repairs
- Painting
- Ceiling tile and insulation replacement
- Pick up, deliver, set up equipment
- Pressure Washing
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
