LEASING MANAGER FOR NORTHWOOD APARTMENTS
MORENO VALLEY, CA
FULL TIME, M-F, WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process for our properties, multi-site properties; ensuring that our facilities are fully occupied and that our residents are satisfied with their living experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and manage conflict.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire leasing process, from lead generation to lease execution.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that all leads are followed up with in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct tours of the property and provide information to potential residents.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure that all leases are executed according to company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
- Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on all Fair Housing regulations and ensure that all leasing activities are compliant.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle any conflicts that may arise between residents and management.

Property leasing : 2 years (Required)
License / Certification :
Driver's License (Preferred)
