Role Overview

As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Friendly Franchisees, with a focus on scaling our restaurant operations and maximizing the value of our real estate portfolio. This is a pivotal role for an innovative leader who can identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a long-term vision for growth in both restaurant operations and real estate development.

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the restaurant and real estate sectors to drive revenue and profitability.

Restaurant Operations

Oversee the performance of restaurant franchises, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational efficiency.

Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and boost profitability across all locations.

Real Estate Development

Lead the evaluation, acquisition, and management of high-value real estate assets to optimize returns.

Foster relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders to expand the company's portfolio.

Operational Excellence

Ensure seamless integration between restaurant operations and real estate projects to achieve maximum efficiency.

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to drive organizational success.

Team Leadership

Build and inspire a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration.

Provide mentorship and guidance to leaders in both restaurant and real estate divisions.

Desired Qualifications

Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive with expertise in restaurant operations and / or real estate development.
