As we continue to grow and diversify, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Eviction Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in landlord-tenant law and possess extensive experience managing eviction processes for residential apartment units. This role involves providing legal support and representation to the company's property management team, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while efficiently resolving tenant disputes and eviction cases.
As a key member of our legal team, the Eviction Counsel will collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and external stakeholders to safeguard the company's assets and uphold operational excellence in handling tenant-related legal matters.
Key Responsibilities :
Eviction Management :
- Oversee and handle all phases of the eviction process, including preparing notices, filing legal documents, representing the company in court, and coordinating with local authorities to enforce judgments.
- Draft and serve eviction notices (e.g., notices to quit, pay rent or vacate, and cure / quit notices) in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the State Bar in CA, Texas and AZ.
