Friendly House, Inc., is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency located in Phoenix, Arizona whose primary function is to provide a variety of educational and social service programming aimed at addressing the needs of low-income individuals and families, vulnerable populations and diverse communities. Additionally, Friendly House operates a charter school, Academia del Pueblo, with the mission to provide an academic environment which promotes a culture of high expectations to students from diverse cultures. Friendly House was organized in 1920 as the Phoenix Americanization Committee by a group of Phoenix citizens with the assistance of the United States Department of Education. - Understand all aspects of the Uniform System of Financial Records for Arizona Charter Schools.
- Complete CPR, First Aid and AED training within 90 days of employment (training paid for by employer).
- Maintain a positive attitude about Academia del Pueblo Elementary School on and off premises.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with ADE website, common log on and School System
- Ability to communicate with different audiences including school administration, teachers, vendors, ADE and community members.
- Must possess a current State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Data entry skills
- 2 Working with Excel, Word and Microsoft.
- 2 Working with School Management System.
- 2 Years in creating Data Spread Sheets.
- 2 Years in assisting in audits.
- 2 Synching Student Data to ADE
- Validate and audit student data using validation and error reports from the student management system.
- Uploads student data, school calendar, Charter Estimated, 40th, 100th day Report and programs to ADE.
- Assisting with annual and single Audits.
- Tracks New student 45-day screeners.
- Creating Accounts and Monitor updates with School System. Addresses questions and issues with vendor.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the School Principal, Assistant Principal, Operations Manager, Director of Teaching and Learning, and supervisory and/or managerial staff.
