- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately using basic math skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is STRONGLY preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues in both front-of-house and kitchen roles.
