We are seeking a dedicated Fountain team member to join our dynamic establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating delightful experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Operate the fountain area efficiently and maintain cleanliness
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with orders and inquiries
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Upsell and recommend additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with sanitization standards in all work areas
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant, café, or similar environment is preferred
- Familiarity with retail math and cash register operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Knowledge of working in a grocery store or restaurant setting is beneficial

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
