Job Summary

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or similar systems, ensuring all guest requests are noted.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is essential.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
