Friends and Mentors Inc is hiring clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services for children, teens, and families. Key Responsibilities
• Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic assessments, and therapy using various methods, including individual, family, and group counseling, tailored to the needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation of all client interactions in accordance with organizational standards.
• Actively manage your schedule by reaching out to clients to address interruptions in care, ensuring continuity of services, and recording outreach efforts in client files.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, utilizing solution-focused strategies to address their challenges. Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans with measurable, time-specific goals.
• Submit administrative and billing documentation by the close of each business day to maintain efficient operations.
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes, evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, within set timelines to demonstrate compliance with medical necessity guidelines.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
• A master’s degree or higher in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
Licensure (Preferred)
• LCSW
• LMHC
• LICSW
Skills & Attributes

• Experience working with children, teens, and families in clinical settings.

Salary : $48,000 - $75,000
