What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Assistant position at Friends Fellowship Community?
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
