Job Summary
Friends Fellowship Community, Inc., a not-for-profit retirement community, is looking to hire a full time Payroll Clerk. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Nursing Department with scheduling, inputting payroll information and other clerical duties. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all the day-to-day responsibilities in our Health Care Center, which include answering the phone, greeting residents and visitors.
Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to greet visitors, residents and staff and handle their requests in a friendly and professional manner and have some basic general office knowledge.
- Previous experience in payroll and scheduling is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
