Job Overview
FOTAZ is seeking Guest Service associates to join our team at the Alexandria Zoo. We have openings in our Gift Shop, Palm Cafe, Train Ride, Aviary, Event Prep/Take Down.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Zoo guests
- POS operations
- Cash Handling and Credit card processing
- Food Prep and service
- Train and Walk-Thru Aviary operations
- Trash Pick-up and basic cleaning and stocking
- Working weekends and Holidays and events
Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Retail/Food service experience preferred but not required
- Must possess a valid LA driver's license, clear a criminal background check and pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
