Essential Job Duties
- Enter data to donor database including gifts, gifts adjustments and write-offs, pledges and biographical information
- Process credit card transactions
- Manage physical and digital donation records filing
- Process and distribute pledge and gift acknowledgements in coordination with development department
- Provide reports for gifts as needed
- Prepare Donor acknowledgements and e-mail to donors
- Work with supervisor to ensure donor database is maintained and updated
- Process events registration, if needed
- Work effectively with other ADR team members to streamline work of ADR
- Provide excellent responsiveness and customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as requested
- Prepare Donor acknowledgements and e-mail to donors
- Record gifts-in-kind in donor database
- Prepare cash receipts
- Mail, scan, general office duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field is preferred
- A minimum of three years data entry experience
- Experience using Raiser's Edge or other CRM required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate the following competencies: teamwork, communication, flexibility - willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organizational requirements and confidentiality
- High degree of competency in the Office suite of products, particularly Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Blackbaud's Raisers Edge and Financial Edge
- Ability to proactively anticipate and solve problems
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle and complete multiple tasks, assignments, and deadlines

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
