Responsibilities :
1. Donation Phone Line : Answering calls from donors and providing assistance with donations, receipts, or any other questions they may have.
2. Donor Communication : Making sure that donors are followed up with when needed, ensuring smooth communication between fundraisers and donors.
3. Voicemail Management : Responding to any voicemails that may come in, ensuring that no inquiries are left unaddressed.
4. Administrative Assistance : Helping the national events team with any administrative work, which could involve data entry, event prep, or other tasks.
5. Teamwork : Being adaptable and stepping in to help with various tasks as needed.
Skills likely required :
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Customer service experience
- Organizational skills for managing tasks and coordinating with different teams
