As a Clinical Supervisor at Friends of Youth, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical and administrative supervision to our team of Therapists. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Therapists in their clinical work
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, train, and evaluate employees
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Master's degree in a human-service field
- Fully licensed with the State of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
- Meet WAC 246-811-049 standards for a Washington State Approved Supervisor
