We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient Mental Health Services team at Friends of Youth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, guidance, and support to our Therapists.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices and new developments in the field
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Fully licensed with the State of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in mental health services
