Seeking an Assoc. Dir. for the Fundraising Team
The Associate Director of Development reports to and collaborates with the Director of Development to manage and implement the operating program and budget of the fundraising and constituent relations department to advance the mission of Friends School of Baltimore. The Associate Director provides innovative leadership, managerial oversight, and strategic direction to the Office of Development through project coordination, staff supervision and performance management, strategic planning and implementation, and budget management, upholding and ensuring department-wide collaboration.
Must haves:
- A bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years professional experience in fundraising and management.
- Demonstrated experience with performance management and staff supervision.
- Proven effectiveness as a fundraiser and team leader.
- Demonstrated experience with performance management and staff supervision.
- Experience with strategic planning, change management and project management.
- Experience in building and guiding systems and leading teams through complex processes.
