We're looking for an ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and ready to grasp new concepts quickly.
What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Work closely with sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers
- Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates
- Build rapport with customers by providing market data and dealership information
- Use software to confirm and offer appraisal amounts
- Set customer appointments for vehicle appraisal and purchase
- Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system
- Contribute to a positive team environment in a highly collaborative position
Qualification Checklist:
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Internet and computer savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
Benefits & Compensation:
- Compensation starts at $15 per hour plus a monthly bonus paid based on the number of vehicles acquired.
