Management Trainee Positions are available at Friendship Hyundai of Princeton. We are the training dealership for future managers in the West Virginia market.
As a Management Trainee, you will work in all departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations, including Service, Parts, Sales, and Finance.
Our Management Team, alongside Hyundai Corporate, has developed a structured training program that includes:
- Computer-based training
- On-the-job training
- One-on-one coaching
- Specialized boot camps in Service, Parts, Sales, and Finance
Upon successful completion of the training, you will be prepared to perfectly execute tasks with speed and attention to detail.
