We're looking for a SALES ASSISTANT to join our team at HONDA of BOONE!
This position will work Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm providing support to multiple departments within the dealership by completing administrative tasks and light customer service tasks.
Our ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and enjoys working in a team environment.
What You'll Do :
- Prepare daily deposits
- Create purchase orders
- Sort and forward mail
- Organize and file titles and sale documents
- Stock in vehicles
- Scan documents for electronic storage
- Data entry
- Assist dealership with providing outstanding customer service
Qualification Checklist :
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective computer and phone skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent with the ability to work well on a team
- High attention to detail
